Problem
After an event, photos usually go out as one giant shared folder. Guests scroll hundreds of images to find themselves, and the link is gone by the time anyone wants a print.
The goal is one lasting place per event: live during the night, a finished gallery after.

What I built
One event, two views. During the event, photos are uploaded from an iOS operator app and released to guests as they are ready. Afterwards the same event becomes the finished gallery, so links and saved photos keep working. A direct link is the happy path; an event key is the way back in.
Result
- StatusIn development, not yet launched
- Built so farEvent site and iOS uploader
- NextA finished guest gallery for every event
